Visible Light is the only part of the electromagnetic spectrum that we can see, as you probably could have guessed by the name. There's not much use for the visible light spectrum except for it allows us to see. It has a wavelength range of 400 - 700 nanometers and a frequency range of 430–770 THz. Anything with a wavelength outside of the visible light spectrum cannot be seen by the human eye.
